How to reach the Committee of the Regions?

By metro: stop Maelbeek, line 1 or 5
By bus: stop Belliard, line 22 or stop Treve/Trier line 21, 27, 64

Arriving at Brussels Airport?

Taxis are available just outside the airport terminal.
The underground station (level –1) at Brussels Airport offers train services to the city. Several trains ride to Brussels Central where you must change to Metro line 1 or 5 (stop Maelbeek).

Excursions

The excursions to innovative biomass facilities in Flanders and Wallonia will take place on 30 November. The gathering point in Brussels will be published in September.

SECURITY – IMPORTANT NOTE

Please note that for security reasons access to the CoR building requires an access card which can only be delivered to participants who have registered beforehand.
On-site registration will not be possible.
The access card will be handed out at the welcome desk in the CoR building (ground floor) at your arrival.

CATERING

The coffee breaks and lunch during the conference are offered courtesy of the Committee of the Regions, Wallonia and the Flemish Region.

CLOAK ROOM

The cloakroom at the building of the Committee of the Regions is at your disposal.

TRANSLATION

The conference language is English. No simultaneous translation is foreseen.
